We provide age-specific and intentional ministry for:
JH4C - (Junior High for Christ) - Grades 7-SR1 (ages 12-15)
YP (Young Peoples): Grades SR2 - SR4 (ages 15-18)
Young Adults - Ages 18-24
The Tower - (Boys Drop-in) Ages 12-18

Discover God - We provide a place for those who are seeking God to catch a glimpse of Heaven. We pray for the hearts of the people around us so that barriers would be broken and people will be ready to be touched by God.
Grow in Christ - We provide a place for people to learn more about how Christ works in their life, show students how they can continually grow, and help them become strong in their faith.
Love through Life - We provide a safe place to either fail or succeed, create a ministry that is both relevant and filled with passion by those who are growing in Christ, and we help students see others in their lives in need of Christ's love.

Matthew 16 challenges us to ’Love Through Life’:

You are a child of God
In Christ, you are called to minister
Ministry fulfills your part in the Body of Christ

How our leaders impact students at different levels of community…

1 : Many - Provide a place of discovery.
Door 6 and Large Group Events geared towards welcoming searching friends and those disconnected.
We desire to encourage students who know Christ to bring Him into their relationships, then create an environment where welcome is key.

1 : Few - Provide a place of growth.
Small Group relationships and Sunday School.  A place to bring friends from the previous group.  Build upon students that are connecting with faith; helping them to listen to the Holy Spirit’s convictions within them.
We desire students to develop their PEWS:  Pray – Eat – Worship - Serve.

1 : One - Provide a place to learn to love.
Mentorship and need-specific growth.  Ministry teams being discipled within each area of the ministry.  Setting students free to minister and bring peers through the stages of growth.
We desire to create a ministry relationship and resources for them to grow.
